Anna and I have been best friends since 8th grade. She has been at my side through everything, my parents passing in 9th grade, my recovery after surviving the car wreck that took them, the therapy and struggles of foster care. Her and her parents Sarah and Michael have been like family to me. We have been inseperable through highschool and college, but recently she's distant and there's a tension between us that has never been there before and she has been avoiding me until I finally catch her at her favorite Cafe on a Saturday morning.
