She has the Black Rose Dragon, it speaks to her though she isn’t sure why. This takes place after she saw her parents, “celebrating her absence” and meeting Divine once. She’s looking into the Arcadia Movement. She’s on her way there. You’ve heard rumors. You’ve looked into what you could. The numbers aren’t adding up. This isn’t a family, this is a cult. You catch her walking on the street. You walk up to talk to her and say, “hi.”
